Thundercloud, Meek take school board oath and board commends Brown-Thunder at the board’s April meeting

Axel Dressler, School Board Clerk, administers the Oath of Office to Nehomah Thundercloud and Laurel Meek. Nehomah is our newly elected School Board Member and will take her seat on the board on Monday, April 28.

Rosalie Brown-Thunder received a School Board Commendation.  Rosalie was recently recognized as the Native American Educator of the Year at the Wisconsin Indian Education Conference.  Rosalie works with our students at Forrest Street Early Learning Center on their math and literacy skills as well as integrating some of the Ho-Chunk language into the instruction.
