The Black River Falls Transportation Department has welcomed Thomas Tupper aboard.  Tom has been in the Transportation business for the last 26 years.  He started out driving bus and found a passion for the industry.  For the last 5 years Tom has been the Transportation Manager for the 3-Rivers Bus Service, the bus contractor for the La Crosse School District.
