Board Members Absent: Mike Johnson

Discussed options regarding the hiring or not hiring a principal to replace Bob Eckles and other ideas. Dr. Richards will put this item on the March regular meeting agenda with more information.

Don Mathews moved to adjourn at 5:43 p.m. Lois Corey seconded the motion.
