Special Board of Education Meeting

Meeting # 14 (Special)
April 26, 2005

Board Members Present: Ramie Bakken, Paul Bohac, Lois Corey, Don Mathews,
Jeff Pugh, Barb Sedelbauer, Bill Waughtal

Board Members Absent:

President Jeff Pugh called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

Ramie Bakken moved to have the members continue their position as officers for the next year. Lois Corey seconded the motion. Motion carried. The following members will remain as officers for the next year:

President: Jeff Pugh

Vice-President: Lois Corey

Clerk: Barb Sedelbauer

Treasurer: Don Mathews

Paul Bohac moved to adjourn to closed session under §§ 19.85(1)(a) and 19.85(1)(f) of Wisconsin Statutes. Sections 19.85(1)(a) and (1)(f) allow a meeting to be closed to the public when a government body is going to deliberate concerning a case which was the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before that governmental body, or where the governmental body considers financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where § 19.85(b) applies, which, if discussed in public would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data or involved in such problems or investigations at 4:35 p.m. Lois Corey seconded the motion.

Barb Sedelbauer, Bill Waughtal

Nayes: None

Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned to closed session.
