President Jeff Pugh called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Shelly Severson and Jon Warmke presented an overview of elementary grade alignments.

The question of "How to most effectively serve children with our current facilities?" was posed in four (4) areas:

Academic Achievement

Facility/Logistics

Fiscal/Financial

Community Impact

The benefits and problems of each area were addressed by the administrative staff. Community members and board members in attendance were divided into groups and allowed input in each of the areas.

The benefits and problems will be compiled so Board members will be able to make a decision on what would be the most effective way to serve the children in the district with the current facilities.
