MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF BLACK RIVER FALLS ON SEPTEMBER 25, 2006 AT 3:30 P.M. IN THE DISTRICT OFFICE BOARD ROOM. 

Board Members Present: Ramie Bakken, Paul Bohac, Don Mathews, Lois Corey and Bill Waughtal 

Members Absent: Jeff Pugh and Barb Sedelbauer 

The meeting was called to order by Lois Corey. 

The official public notice of the meeting was verified. 

Brad Simonson of HSR and Associates presented an overview of a facility study his firm will undertake as part of the district’s strategic plan.  Board members provided Brad with a variety of ideas to incorporate within the study. 

Don Mathews moved to adjourn at 4:50 p.m.  Paul Bohac seconded the motion.  The motion carried.  The meeting was adjourned.
