convened at 7:45 p.m.
Notices
of the meeting were delivered to the Banner Journal, WWIS Radio Station
and Jackson County Chronicle and posted in three (3) public places on
August 22, 2007.

Michelle
Torgerson will be required to pay liquidated damages per the terms of
the 2005-2007 BRFEA Master Agreement in the amount of $600.00.
The
employment of Amy Olson and Carrie Boehm will be pending Wisconsin
licensure from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
Ron
Laudon, representing the American Legion baseball organization,
presented an overview of the work that has been completed so far on the
baseball bleacher project. The organization has the funds
available to proceed with “phase 1” of the project. They have
also been awarded another $25,000 grant from the Lunda Charitable trust
for phase 2 of the project.

Sedelbauer moved to accept the bid of $62,926 for completion of phase 1
of the project from Gaier Construction. Ken Artis seconded the
motion. Motion carried.

Sedlebauer moved to adjourn at 8:10 p.m. Ken Artis seconded the
motion.
