Technology Requests – Staff
A technology hardware/software request should be completed any time a staff member is interested in acquiring ANY instructional technology hardware or software. The completed form needs to be submitted to the Technology Steering Committee for approval PRIOR to any purchase order, donation, or grant submission.
Please use the Helpdesk webpage to enter any technology issues you have. Emails tend to get buried in an inbox–if you enter it as a helpdesk it will be viewed on a daily basis by all tech department members.
