Hello Middle and High School Families! We have another grade check ready! We have set dates in the middle and high school where grades need to be up-to-date in Skyward. This is a minimum requirement and grades may be updated more frequently. These grade dates also include the citizenship grade. Check Skyward today, as they have been updated, January 18, 2024.

With the primary election coming up on Tuesday, February 20th for the school board openings, a couple of the townships are combining polling places. Look at the picture to see where the polling locations will be!

Hello Tiger Families!! On Wednesday, January 31st it will be the SDBRF Family Night at Bruce Mound! It will take place from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. There will be a shuttle bus available to and from Bruce Mound every 30 minutes! All students will need to be accompanied by an adult! #tiGRRpride

The School District of Black River Falls will be closed on Friday, January 12th due to the pending snow storm. While we typically try to wait until the snow is actually flying before closing, the timing of this storm is going to make that difficult. We will have to trust the meteorologists that are quite certain it will be unsafe travel during the late morning and early afternoon. This means that all after school activities are also cancelled. As a reminder, Monday, January 15th is also a scheduled day off of school. Enjoy the long weekend!

Due to the weather, the Varsity Boys Basketball game against Tomah tonight will be postponed. Varsity Boys Basketball has also canceled practiced for tonight. #tiGRRpride

Riley Hanrahan, Ava Gilberg, and Katelyn Nosbisch wrestled at the Mauston Girls Invitational last Friday night and came away with some hardware. Riley won the 132 lb. weight class, Ava took second at 138, and Katelyn Nosbisch won the 145 lb. weight class. The girls were 13-1 on the day. The boys and girls wrestled at the Osseo Dual Meet tournament beating Independence, Osseo, and McDonnell. They lost two close duals to Arcadia and Mondovi. #tiGRRpride

Zoe Rukavina and Hayden Brown are hosting a mental health awareness event on Thursday, January 4th, at the boy's basketball game. There will be raffle baskets and a 50/50 raffle to help raise awareness for mental health. There also are T-shirts that you can order. Good Morning Tiger Nation! Wednesday, December 27th, will be the first open gym for high school softball! It will take place in the Sam Young Gym from 5 pm to 7 pm.
