Come cheer, dance, and show your #tiGRRpride! Participants will spend the morning learning a fun cheer and dance routine with the BRF High School cheerleaders. They will then have the opportunity to perform with us during Homecoming Week at the Victory March!

In the event of rain or inclement weather, the performance will be held in the Sam Young Gymnasium at BRF High School.

500 digs doesn't just happen. It takes relentless commitment, sacrifice, and a whole lot of diving onto hard wood floors.

Sophomore libero Tylan Brown reached this 500-dig milestone at the Sparta Invitational. As of last week, she sat at first place in the Coulee Conference for digs, proving day in and day out what true dedication looks like.

As her coach (and proud mom), Gina Brown put it:

"This milestone is a testament to your grit, your court awareness, and your willingness to fight for every ball. You’ve earned every single one of those reps, and your team is stronger because of your effort."

Way to set the bar high and lead by example, Tylan. Keep digging deep!

Building brains! Mrs. Halverson’s Infant and Toddler students recently did a deep dive into brain architecture. They used pipe cleaners and straws to build physical models of neural connections, showing just how much early experiences shape development.

JV: 1 Official, 1 Clock Operator, 2 Book Workers

JV2: 2-3 Officials (or 2 Line Judges), 2 Clock Operators, 2 Book Workers

All positions are paid! Officials earn $60/game, line judges earn $30/game, and clock, book, and libero tracking pay $12/hour ($48 for 4 hours).

What a week for Tiger athletics! Our student-athletes fought hard across every sport, showing determination and team spirit. If our amazing Sports Comms student team sent us an update, we have the details for the week of September 14–19 below:

⛳ Girls Golf
The Tigers secured a strong 2nd place finish on Tuesday with a team score of 219!

Top 10 Finishers: Andrea Cogswell in 3rd (49), Jordyn King in 8th (54), and Lexie Wood in 10th (57).

Special shoutout to Casso Eagen for shooting her best 9-hole score of the season!

⚽ Boys Soccer
It was an action-packed week on the pitch!

Tuesday: Brought home a dominant 6-1 victory over Mauston.

Thursday: Fought hard against Immanuel Lutheran. Big shoutouts to Ricardo for his massive half-field kicks and Miles for stepping up in goal!

Saturday: Displayed outstanding spirit playing through rain and drizzle against a tough Logan squad.

🎾 Girls Tennis
The Tigers battled in a tight 3-4 match against Baldwin-Woodville on Monday.

Singles Winner: Zoe Rukavina at No. 1 Singles (6-4, 0-6, 10-7).

Doubles Winners: Morgan Kundinger & Avynlei Christesen at No. 1 Doubles (6-4, 3-6, 10-6) and Sienna Koebler & Lilah Ottum at No. 2 Doubles (6-3, 6-4).

⚽ ASL Soccer
Camaraderie was the theme on Monday as the Tigers held Onalaska to just 2 goals!

Mason Rotering pitched a shutout in goal while adding a late goal of his own.

Luci Cuminale netted the team's first hat trick of the season!

🏐 Girls Volleyball
An incredible week highlighted by a thrilling comeback win!

Tuesday: Dropped a tough road match at Viroqua (11-25, 20-25, 27-29). Stat leader: Olivia Larkin with 15 kills.

Thursday: Completed an epic REVERSE SWEEP at home against Westby (14-25, 21-25, 25-17, 26-24, 15-13)! Olivia Larkin led the attack with 32 kills and 17 digs, while Hayden Brown (24) and Victorie Pettibone (23) orchestrated the offense in assists.

Saturday: Went 3-2 at the BRF Invitational! Scores: DeSoto (L 21-25, 23-25), Blair-Taylor (W 25-9, 25-17), Owen-Withee (W 25-20, 25-12), Melrose-Mindoro (W 26-24, 26-27, 15-13), Blair-Taylor (L 18-25, 25-23, 10-15). Shoutout to Olivia Larkin for surpassing 500 career digs!
