Let’s celebrate Morgan Berg! She’s been a dedicated member of our school community, balancing athletics on the volleyball court and softball field with her involvement in FFA and NHS. Morgan has also spent her time sharpening her focus as part of Shooting Tigers. 🏐🥎
After graduation, Morgan’s headed to UW-River Falls for the pre-vet program. Her journey doesn't stop there, as she plans to attend Iowa State for veterinary school to become a veterinarian. We’re so proud of your hard work and can’t wait to see you helping animals in the future! 🐾 #tiGRRfutures #tiGRRpride

Let’s give a huge round of applause to Jasmine Alderton! Jasmine has truly been the heartbeat of our school community, involving herself in everything from the arts to leadership. Whether she was performing in Roar A Cappella, choir, solo and ensemble, and the school musicals, or showing her school spirit in cheerleading and Student Senate, Jasmine’s talent has always shone through. She’s also been a dedicated member of Art Club, FCCLA, NHS, and a mentor in the Big Paw Little Paw program. 🎶🎭📣
After graduation, Jasmine is headed to UW-Stevens Point to pursue a Nursing degree. Her goal is to become a NICU nurse and care for our tiniest patients. We know her compassion and dedication will make her an incredible nurse. Congratulations, Jasmine! 🩺👶

Spread the word & see you at the game! 🏈🖤🧡

These are not traditional parent/teacher conferences. Instead, they’re a chance to focus on your students'...
✨ Talents and interests
📚 Current class progress
🎓 Future educational and career goals
🔑 Transition to high school
Conferences typically last 30–45 minutes, and your involvement is crucial. If you’re unable to attend, counselors will still meet with your student and encourage them to share what they’ve discussed with you.

This year, we welcome Steve Peterson (Class of 1970) as our Distinguished Alumni inductee. Known to many as “Petey,” Steve has dedicated his life to serving our community—as a coach, official, Parks & Recreation Director, and most importantly, a mentor to generations of youth. His leadership and love for Black River Falls continue to shine through every park, program, and Tiger game he supports.
We also proudly induct Tom Stetzer (Class of 2001) into the Athletic Hall of Fame. From leading the Tigers to the WIAA Division 3 State Championship game, to setting records at UW–Platteville, to playing professionally, Tom’s career has been remarkable. Yet, it’s his humility, leadership, and joy for the game that truly define him.
Please join us in congratulating Steve Peterson and Tom Stetzer—two true examples of #tiGRRpride and Inspiring Excellence!

Sam joins Black River Falls High School as a biology teacher with four years of teaching experience. He’s most looking forward to building relationships with students and seeing them grow over time. Sam loves a good steak dinner and has a unique skill—he can eliminate flies with about 80% accuracy! 🪰 His alone time listening to music always recharges him for the classroom. Let’s give Sam a warm Tiger welcome!

Stacy joins Black River Falls High School as a special education teacher after five years as a para. She’s most excited to meet new people and start building meaningful connections in the BRF community. While she admits her singing voice might be best kept in the car, Stacy isn’t afraid to sing her heart out! 🎶 She’s also a true Disney pro—knowing her way around all the Disney parks like the back of her hand. With coffee in hand and a passion for helping students succeed, she’s ready to make a difference. Let’s give Stacy a warm Tiger welcome!
