The fourth graders from Red Creek walked to the public library earlier this month to listen to a presentation given by Bill Quackenbush. Mr. Quackenbush brought the canoe he and other members of the Ho-Chunk nation built. He told a little about the journey this canoe has already taken and future planned journeys. Mr. Quackenbush also showed pictures of the canoes recently uncovered in Madison. One of those canoes has been dated to about 3,000 years ago.
Thank you Mr. Quackenbush! #tiGRRpride

Our business students and FBLA students participated in Mini Business World. Students were broken into groups and tasked with building a business from the ground up to showcase a new product in a mock trade show at the end of the day.
Students worked hard and created some great new products. The winning businesses created a portable fridge for your vehicle and a multi-sport bag. It was a great day for lots of hard work and creativity. Thanks to our volunteers from Co-op Credit Union for spending the day supporting our students.
